OGI Systems Group Releases The OGIRex X-Ray Pearl Identification Analyzer

OGI Systems Group is proud to announce their release of the OGIRex, an innovative x-ray pearl identification analyzer.

OGIRex technology is a remarkable product used to identify whether or not a pearl is real or fake, natural or cultured. This x-ray analyzer can distinguish between a natural or cultured pearl despite their similar structures with the most precise and absolute results.

In addition, the system reveals the inside of the pearl, including variations in its density and the presence or absence of a parasite that might have caused the formation of a natural pearl. OGIRex examines pearls to confirm that their layer of nacre is at least 0.8mm thick.

OGI Systems Group is a world-leading provider of technological solutions in the diamond and gemstone industry.
