Last year, we signed the groundbreaking Luanda Accord, and agreed to jointly fund the Natural Diamond Council. Now, we’ve made good on that promise: Angola’s two major diamond companies, ENDIAMA E.P. and SODIAM,E.P. have formally joined.

Ethical diamonds provide tens of thousands of well-paid skilled jobs in Africa, supporting communities and livelihoods.

Under the leadership of new CEO, Amber Pepper, the NDC will now have the funding to communicate the facts and tell the extraordinary stories of the people and places that benefit from diamonds.
